List the CPUs, firmware versions and python-snap7 versions the real-PLC acceptance suite has passed on (S7-1200 CPU 1212C V4.7.3, S7-1500 CPU 1511F-1 PN V2.9.7).

Adds a "Tested and Verified Hardware" section to the PLC support matrix, listing the CPUs, firmware versions and python-snap7 versions the real-PLC acceptance suite has passed on:
Both passed 13/13 scenarios. The section also notes what was not covered (block upload/download on the 1511F, admin scenarios) and links to the result policy.
