We don't need to clear the cache anymore, nothing is calling bulkAutofixAutomationSettingsInfiniteOptions to load data
Also pulled in
getSeerProjectReposInfiniteQueryOptionsinstead of rewriting the url and getApiUrl() which is a meh substitution in hindsight.
