Replace CONSOLE_COMPAT_TOKEN (PAT) with a short-lived token generated from a GitHub App. The app needs actions:write on console repos and statuses:write on sentry-native. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
