Add GPU-accelerated Chroma Key background cutout for the webcam overlay across Metal (macOS), D3D11 HLSL (Windows), and Vulkan WGSL (Linux), exposed as a Green screen toggle inside the Cutout camera background mode: - Add 'chromakey' to WebcamBackgroundMode and persist webcamChromaKeyColor, webcamChromaKeySimilarity, webcamChromaKeySmoothness, and webcamChromaKeySpill in project settings and style presets. - Serialize SceneChromaKey under webcamEffect.chromaKey in sceneDescription. - Map 'chromakey' to shader_code 4.0 in the native Rust compositor, bypassing CPU ONNX segmentation and passing key color + similarity, smoothness, and spill uniforms via LayerCB.color and LayerCB.trail_a. - Implement YCbCr (CbCr) chrominance distance keying with smoothstep edge feathering and dominant-channel spill suppression in shaders.metal, shaders.hlsl, and vk_shaders/layer.wgsl. - Add a Green screen toggle and Key color / Tolerance / Edge softness / Spill suppression controls under Cutout in LayoutPane across all 15 locales.

Report chroma key as active without segmentation.
If segmentation is unavailable and the agent selects chromakey, the branch at Lines 294–299 still marks webcamBackgroundMode inactive. The new fields are not marked inactive, but the tool reports that their selected mode cannot change the camera background. Chroma key does not use segmentation. Make the inactive-mode decision depend on whether the selected mode requires ONNX.

Make Green screen available without ONNX segmentation.
When canSegmentCamera is false, the condition at src/components/ai-edition/RightPanes.tsx:3046 hides the background selector, Green screen toggle, and chroma-key controls. Chroma key uses a separate compositor path and does not require segmentation. Render these controls without the canSegmentCamera gate, and disable only the segmentation-dependent modes.
This is a localized UI change, not a high-effort refactor.

Match the slider limits to the stored limits.
SETTING_BOUNDS limits similarity to 5–90% and smoothness to 1–50%, but these sliders offer 1–100% and 0–100%. When a user selects a value outside the stored range, getEditorSettings clamps it, so the control cannot retain the selected value. Derive these slider limits from SETTING_BOUNDS.

@alokc83 thanks for this PR could you explain how it is better than the current cutout mecanism ? |

@EtienneLescot Reason that I wrote that I has issues with current cutout even though I was able play with lights I was not able to the cut out that would satisfy my needed. Let me find some time today to add picture of with or without fine-tuning. |
Summary
Adds GPU-accelerated Green Screen (Chroma Key) webcam cutout support across all three native compositor backends (Metal on macOS, D3D11 HLSL on Windows, and Vulkan WGSL on Linux), integrated inside the Cutout camera background mode.
