Updates the plugin development guide for Gephi 0.11.2 and JDK 17. Rewrites outdated extension tutorials, adds graph access, threading, and desktop UI guidance, distinguishes consuming public APIs from implementing SPIs, and clarifies compilation baseline versus runtime compatibility. Validation: the Docusaurus desktop production build succeeds.
