nit: Should we add this heading to the TOC? Seems like the other heading "Installing using open agent skills tool" is also not present there. Could you please add both?

This PR makes this repo a valid Agent Plugins plugin so it can be installed into any supported agent with the vendor-neutral
pluginsCLI, in addition to the existing Claude Code / Codex / Antigravity paths.The PR also removes
userConfigsfor Claude Code which is no longer visible to scripts.Validation:
