gettext POT files can be generated reproducibly from the source file (the readme file), so it need not be in the version control. * .gitignore: Ignore the POT file. * Rakefile: Initialize the POT file if there is none. Also format indentations according to EditorConfig settings. * translation/po/all.pot: Delete it.
* translation/po/ja.po: Update translation. * README.ja.md: Generate translation.
