CI remains in draft: the legacy Ruby matrix has pre-existing dependency failures (ActiveSupport::LoggerThreadSafeLevel::Logger). Ubuntu 26.04 also exposed matrix compatibility failures, so Ruby CI was retained on Ubuntu 24.04. No current-head regression remains after the prescribed rerun.
