build(pnpm): move to pnpm 11 - #20

## Summary pnpm 10 is marked insecure in nixpkgs 26.05 and the machine-wide pnpm is now 11.27.0, so this repository moves to pnpm 11, following furedea/template-typescript#20. - `package.json`: `packageManager` `pnpm@10.33.0` → `pnpm@11.27.0` - `flake.nix` / `flake.lock`: devshell `nixpkgs` → `nixpkgs-26.05-darwin` (pnpm 11.27.0, nodejs 24.21.0); only the `nixpkgs` input was updated. `nixfmt-rfc-style` → `nixfmt`. The devshell evaluates without warnings. - `pnpm-workspace.yaml`: `allowBuilds` sets `@google/genai`, `esbuild`, and `protobufjs` to `false`. pnpm 11 fails `pnpm install` with `ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS` for unreviewed build scripts; pnpm 10 skipped these postinstalls and everything worked, so they stay disabled (same approach as furedea/effort-or-luck#87). - `pnpm-lock.yaml`: unchanged (lockfileVersion 9.0). - No CI workflow changes; `pnpm/action-setup` reads `packageManager`. ## Verification Run locally with both the devshell pnpm and the machine-wide pnpm (both 11.27.0): - `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile`, `format:check`, `lint`, `typecheck`, `test:release`, `knip`, `build`: pass - `lefthook run pre-commit --all-files` (nixfmt, statix, deadnix, format, lint, typecheck, ls-lint) and commit-msg (commitlint): pass Could not be verified locally because of the agent sandbox, left to CI: - `test`: the hybrid-state isolation tests nest `sandbox-exec` (`sandbox_apply: Operation not permitted`), and pi-ai's `qwen-token-plan.json` is unreadable because the sandbox denies `**/*token*.json` paths. - `package:check`: same `qwen-token-plan.json` read denial. `knip:production` reports `@typesafe-ai/sdk` as unused; it fails identically on `main` and is not run in CI.
