Previously, one badge conflated snapshot freshness with optional coverage, GitHub failures could poison cache freshness, and Chart.js raced the conditionally mounted canvas. This PR separates Live/Partial availability from history and coverage notices, preserves the cold-load graph repair, and independently hides expired aggregate pills. It adds private polling cursors, incremental commit comparisons, authenticated star reconciliation, atomic last-known-good preservation, and age-based public cache classification. Validation includes the full
npm test, 16 Angular component specs, GitHub cache/poller suites, translation checks, a localized 54-route production build, hreflang and bundle budgets, andgit diff --check.
