• The 17th concurrent fetch rejects with TypeError: fetch worker limit exceeded (MAX_FETCH_WORKERS = 16, a compile-time constant), so Promise.all(links.map(fetch)) fails for any list over 16 and every agent script needs a hand-written pool; queue excess requests until a worker frees, or expose --max-fetch-workers, and list the cap in --help and the permissions limits table

• JSX is compiled with the classic runtime only (createElement/Fragment must be in scope); /** @jsxRuntime automatic */ and @jsxImportSource are silently ignored, so MDX's compiled output and any Babel/SWC/TypeScript-emitted consumer of jsx/jsxs needs a six-line shim; add the automatic runtime (pragma or option) and warn on unknown @jsx* pragmas

• String.prototype.matchAll costs 53 us per call on a 34-char subject with 3 matches because RegExp.prototype[@@matchAll] builds a fresh RegExp through the species constructor and RegExpConstruct recompiles the pattern (21 us); replace(re, cb) over the same input is 22 us, match 16 us, Bun 0.26 us; is sharing the compiled program when the species constructor is the intrinsic one worth it?

• A top-level await that settles synchronously (await Promise.resolve(), await import("./m.js"), or await main() whose body awaited one) followed by await fetch(...) ends the run right after the fetch is started: no output after it, no error, exit 0, on every path through TGocciaEngine.Execute (sandbox mode in both modes, host-mode interpreted); host-mode bytecode via RunModuleForSourceType works

• goccia:test cannot await a promise that an embedder's runtime extension settles: WaitForFetchPromise pumps fetch, Atomics.waitAsync and virtual timers but never the installed extensions' WaitForIdle, so a native host promise works under top-level await and fails inside test() with Promise still pending after microtask drain; add a pending-host-work hook

• Add TGocciaTypedArrayValue.CreateFromBytes(kind, bytes) and typed argument accessors (NumberAt, IntAt, StringAt, TypedArrayAt with defaults) so a native built-in does not re-implement the four in-tree byte-copy loops and its own ArgNumber/ReadColor

• A runtime extension that holds a 192 MB TBytes succeeds under --max-memory=32MiB (a Uint8Array of the same size gets the RangeError): the external-bytes contract is opt-in per call site and the built-in authoring guide does not mention it, so any new native built-in bypasses the ceiling
