Version bump to 0.4.3 for #38: navigation refresh skips and counts source-suffixed files that are not valid UTF-8 (
invalidUtf8) instead of failing. Release evidence entry added; no saving claimed.Checks from
npm ci --ignore-scriptson Node 24.21.0: build, 457 tests, packed-package smoke, navigation smoke, both benchmark gates (37.02x and 364.88x, recall 1.0), 22 scale tests, 10k postings probe. The pre-pushnpm run checkalso passed.
