MODRTACHCE-21: Implement Cache generation and Kafka listeners logic for Bound With Items

• Implement a Kafka listener for Bound with Items to consume messages from the .ALL.inventory.bound-with Kafka topic. Handle Create and Delete events to apply partial updates to the RtacHolding record.
• Implement logic to fetch and create bound with items for specific holdings. Such items should be duplicated record base on existing item rtacHolding records but with another holdings data. Such records should be marked with flag isBoundWith==true
