Summary of Changes

Hello @fulleni, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces a major new 'Community & Engagement System' to the core module, providing functionalities such as user reactions, comments, and a reporting system, all designed to be remotely configurable. Concurrently, it includes a significant breaking refactor of existing data models and configurations to better align the application with a news aggregator paradigm, enhancing scalability and maintainability. These substantial changes are reflected in the version bump to 1.4.0.

Highlights

  • Community & Engagement System: A comprehensive Community & Engagement System has been added, introducing foundational data models, fixtures, and tests for user reactions, comments, a multi-entity reporting system, and a smart app review funnel. This system is remotely configurable via a new unified CommunityConfig model and extends UserLimitsConfig to support role-based limits.
  • Breaking Refactor: A significant breaking refactor has been implemented, overhauling data models and configuration to align with a new identity pivot toward a news aggregator. This includes a more scalable remote configuration structure, standardized enums and models for broader use, and simplified ad, notification, and headline data structures.
  • Version Update: The project version has been updated from 1.3.1 to 1.4.0 in pubspec.yaml, reflecting the substantial new features and breaking changes introduced.

Code Review

This pull request updates the changelog and package version for a new release. While the updates are straightforward, I've identified a critical issue regarding semantic versioning. The release contains breaking changes, which necessitates a major version bump to 2.0.0 instead of the proposed 1.4.0. My comments provide details and suggestions for both modified files.
