Behavior owner: DiffWorkspace uses Pierre offsets; navigation reveals the top visible file.
Invariants: switch after the full diff leaves; preserve collapse and click/comment navigation in both modes.
Validation: full mise run check passed, including 67 browser tests; embedded assets clean. No remaining risks found.
Design: no boundary or token changes; behavior documented and assets regenerated.
UI evidence: light desktop/mobile inspected; navigation, keyboard, and Pierre geometry browser tests passed.
