This updates the Solutions Consultant (SC) reporting structure in the handbook.

Changes

In handbook/company/go-to-market-operations.md, the "🤝Enterprise" GTM group table now notes that the following Solutions Consultants report to Chaz MacLaughlin (SVP of Global Sales):

  • Harrison Ravazzolo
  • Mitch Francese
  • Henry Stamerjohann

Allen Houchins does not report to Chaz MacLaughlin, so the note next to his name was removed.

Dave Siederer's reporting line is left unchanged, per request.

Note on scope

Fleet's authoritative org chart (individual "reports to" manager assignments) lives in a private Google Sheet ("🧑‍🚀 Fleeties"), not in this git-tracked handbook — see handbook/company/README.md#org-chart and handbook/people/README.md#change-a-fleeties-manager. I searched the whole handbook/ directory for every mention of the Solutions Consultant role and each of the five current SCs by name; handbook/company/go-to-market-operations.md is the only place where all five SCs are individually listed together (handbook/it/README.md and handbook/sales/README.md both just link out to this same table without naming individuals), so that's the single place updated for consistency.

Since there's no dedicated "reports to" field/column in this table, I added an inline annotation next to each affected SC's name. The actual Fleeties spreadsheet's "Reports to" column will still need to be updated separately by People ops, per the documented process.

Opening as a draft for review of the approach before merging.
