@mikermcneil TODO from our 1-1
Summary
Adds a new "Why this way?" section codifying that humans are accountable for every line of AI-generated work (code, blogs, marketing copy, customer emails, anything), introduces the concept of cognitive debt and when authors and reviewers must pay it, and clarifies that AI review does not substitute for line-by-line human review.
This came out of a CEO conversation about getting ahead of the rubber-stamping anti-pattern as AI-generated PRs become more common. The follow-up TODOs (engineering handbook update, training deck, onboarding update) will be filed separately.
