feat: example CLI uses cyclopts, logging uses loguru - #14

Replace the argparse example with a cyclopts app and show the logging convention: the library emits loguru records, the CLI configures the sink (--verbose for debug). Invalid names now log an error and exit 1.

FGCZ projects use cyclopts for CLIs and loguru for logging; the reference example used argparse and print.
