Updates the
x-fern-availabilityOpenAPI extension documentation to include new availability options. Also adds clarifying notes about how each option maps to internal availability statuses.New options:
alpha→ maps toin-developmentpreview→ maps topre-release(same asbeta)stable→ maps togenerally-available(same asga)This is a companion PR to fern-api/fern#11713 which implements the actual parsing logic.
