Follow-up to PR #2478. Restructures the Scribe Slack app page to avoid using two
<Note>callouts of the same type, per feedback that this was confusing for readers.Changes:

<Info>callout renders with the expected styling (blue info icon vs pin icon for Note)Notes
The restructuring reduces the page from 2 callouts to 1, using varied component types (Info callout + Steps + code block) without duplicate callout usage.
