Add simple hello.mdx and goodbye.mdx pages

Summary

Adds two new orphaned MDX pages to the docs product:

• hello.mdx - A simple welcome page with basic frontmatter
• goodbye.mdx - A simple goodbye page with basic frontmatter

Both pages have title and description frontmatter but are not added to navigation (orphaned pages as confirmed acceptable by requester).

Updates since last revision

• Added goodbye.mdx page per user request
