docs: Point Stock.Indicators links at facioquo - #457

These repos moved out of the DaveSkender account into the facioquo org, and Stock.Indicators was renamed to stock-indicators-dotnet. GitHub redirects the old paths, so nothing was visibly broken — which is why these went unnoticed — but they name an owner that no longer holds the repo. Discussion numbers survive a transfer, so the deep links (503, 579, 801) resolve unchanged under the new path; verified before rewriting. Left alone deliberately: github.com/DaveSkender profile links, @DaveSkender mentions, and the contributors data, which name a real person rather than a stale repo path.
