This PR adds S4FIFO, a modified version of S3FIFO that can be parameter tuned.
We instrument S3FIFO with various sketches and provide them as a feature to a gradient boosting tree trained on a large corpus of cache datasets.
The model prediction is then applied to S3FIFO, with the hopes of increasing hit rate.
To test, please copy the MMS4FIFO.h file into MMS3FIFO.h
