Update Machines and Meta Data for FabLab Zürich

This pull request updates the machine and space metadata for FabLab Zürich, primarily by adding detailed information about available equipment and enhancing the space description with opening hours. The most important changes are grouped below:

Space metadata and description updates:

• Expanded the description field in fablab-zurich.yml to include detailed opening hours and instructions to check the calendar on the website.

Machine inventory additions and details:

• Populated the machines list for FabLab Zürich with specific machine names, reflecting the actual equipment available.
• Added new machine metadata files for various devices, including 3D printers (Prusa MK4S, Prusa SL1S), laser cutters (tt-900, iKier K1 Pro Max), vinyl cutters (SD, HSP-1360), 3D scanners (EinScan SP, Einstar), and other fabrication tools (e.g., Kniterate, FormBox, TBS 500, Promac 354, Precisio CS70, X-Line X110 Toplader). Each file includes at least the machine name and, where available, work/working size.

Metadata consistency improvements:

• Standardized machine metadata by ensuring each machine file includes a name field and, where applicable, a work_size or working_size field.

These updates provide more comprehensive and accurate information about FabLab Zürich and its equipment for users and visitors.
