Thank you, github rate limiting has been a huge PITA for the extism projects all around!
I'm letting the bashism ${GITHUB_TOKEN:+-H "Authorization: token $GITHUB_TOKEN"}slide as the portability of the script already dubious and bash or zsh should be available.
