New "Recrutamento" page under Salários e HR, so that the job board integrations group together on one page instead of sitting among the payroll reports, with one section per platform. This adds the Net-Empregos section, walking through the configuration (the API key, the lists the module ships with, and the job type proposed from the employment type), publishing an offer from the Net-Empregos tab of the wizard, how the application address ends up in the advert text since the platform has no field for it, and what the job board post then shows. Screenshots taken on Odoo 19.0.
