Approval card: "Clicked using browser_click" is past tense before anything happened, and shows a raw tool name #435

Description

@itsskofficial

Seen while testing #412. When an approval card has no reason of its own (since #404 and #412 that's every browser click), the card falls back to its own line: {meta.done} using <tool name> (desktop/src/features/chat/ApprovalCard.tsx, near the small-print <p>). For a click waiting on approval it reads:

Sentient wants to sign you up for something [Signs up]
Click "Subscribe"
Clicked using browser_click

That's past tense before anything has happened, and browser_click is a developer name users don't need to see.

Fix: for a waiting card, either drop the line when the action line above already says what will happen ("Click 'Subscribe'"), or use present or future wording with the plain tool or app name, for example "In the browser". Check the other tools that reach this fallback too.

Done when: a browser click card shows no past-tense line and no raw tool name. Check with a screenshot of the built app; there's a desktop test for the fallback.
