According to both the technical reference manuals and to the esptool definitions these are all at 0x02C.

FYI: It's not worth reviewing this for now as it'll need to be reworked pretty thoroughly based on the data that will start being exposed in #971. |

Hey,
This is still a bit of a WIP but I'd like some input whether this overall approach and structure would be acceptable before I fill out the support for the other device types.
