Update Gradle version and Mapbox dependency for compatibility With gradle plugin versions greater than 8.0.0 and Flutter SDK >= 3.22.0, and the Gradle configuration update for Flutter greater than 3.16.0.
This allows the project to run on newer versions of Flutter.
