This PR revises the transport cost assumptions for shipping and removes legacy code. Instead of relying on a variable cost per km only, we now use a variable cost and fixed cost (accounting e.g. for port loading/unloading) compontent. Also, it removes the efficiency values < 1, since we now assume the green ammonia (used as ship fuel) is sourced externally and not from the same resources (renewables) as HBI.
