FlowPilot is an automatic workflow scheduler designed to help you organize and run daily tasks smoothly. It uses Claude Code Agent Teams technology to manage your workflows without manual work. You do not need technical skills to use it. FlowPilot will handle your task scheduling and execution on your Windows computer.
To use FlowPilot, make sure your computer meets the following:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
- Processor: Intel i3 or equivalent
- RAM: 4 GB minimum
- Disk Space: At least 200 MB free space
- Internet connection: Required to download and for some features
This guide will walk you through downloading, installing, and running FlowPilot on a Windows PC.
Click the big green button at the top or visit the official release page:
This page lists the latest versions available. Find the most recent Windows installer, usually named like FlowPilotSetup.exe.
- Locate the downloaded file in your "Downloads" folder.
- Double-click the
FlowPilotSetup.exefile. - If asked by Windows security, click "Run" to continue.
- The installation wizard will open.
- Click "Next" to agree to the license terms.
- Choose the folder where you want FlowPilot installed or use the default.
- Click "Install" to begin.
- Wait for completion, then click "Finish."
- Find the FlowPilot icon on your desktop or in the Start menu.
- Double-click the icon to open the app.
- The main window will appear showing your workflow dashboard.
FlowPilot lets you create and manage automated workflows without coding.
- Click on "New Workflow" on the dashboard.
- Give your workflow a name.
- Add tasks by choosing from pre-set options or by describing your steps.
- Set the schedule, such as daily at 8 AM or on specific days.
- Save the workflow.
- View all workflows in the dashboard.
- Click to edit a workflow's tasks or schedule.
- Enable or disable workflows with the toggle switch.
- Delete workflows you no longer need.
- The main screen shows running and completed workflows.
- Check logs for any errors or details of task execution.
- Receive notifications for important events or failures.
FlowPilot follows your set times and triggers workflows automatically. This lets you:
- Save time on repetitive tasks.
- Avoid missing deadlines.
- Run tasks even when you are away from your PC.
Visit the "Settings" tab to customize how FlowPilot works:
- Change notification preferences.
- Adjust how much system resource FlowPilot can use.
- Set up backup schedules for your workflows.
- Connect with other apps or services if needed.
If you encounter issues using FlowPilot, try these steps:
- Restart your computer and try again.
- Ensure your Windows is up to date.
- Check that you have enough free disk space.
- Close other programs that may slow your PC.
