Revoke Shared Web Links on Note Deletion

Added revokeSharesForNote method in WebShareManager to query and delete all share documents related to a specific note. Invoked this method in NoteRepository.kt during permanent deletion (permanentlyDelete) and trash clearing (clearTrash).
