This adds SimRel release schedules for the 2027-03 and 2027-06 releases. They are adapted from the schedules for the 2026-03 and 2026-06 releases with one exception: I have pushed everything back a week, because schedules become one day earlier every year and we have just reached the point where the derived Platform M1 would be on 1st January. With this shift, we effectively adopt the schedules from 2021 again.
Once this is approved and merged, I will create the according Google calendar entries.
