- Extract softDeleteSpec helper in JpaRolloutManagement to eliminate duplicated SoftDeletedMode → Specification translation across four methods
- Enable soft-deleted rollout listing in full representation mode (previously hardcoded to false)
- Add REST-level tests for full representation mode with all three SoftDeletedMode values, with and without RSQL
