Rename "Workspaces" to "Application view" throughout the page and align the
navigation steps with the current UI: the module is now reached via the
Application view configuration icon in the main menu instead of the user
menu. Drop the "Step Result" admonitions, renew all screenshots and remove
the two that are no longer used (enable.png, delete-stepresult.png).

Also add the missing module cards (Charts, Companion AI chat, Service
integrations, Link rules, Application view) to the Explore and Author
overview.
Continue the terminology alignment started in 7d5ef18: replace the remaining occurrences of "workspace" with "Application view" across Getting started, Graph exploration, Link rules, Service integrations,
Property shapes, the Explore and Graph Insights configuration pages and the sandbox description.

On the Business Knowledge Editor page, also drop the redundant "Module" suffix from the configuration class names and fix the garbled "EasBusiness Knowledge EditoryNav Module" string.

Mark outdated screenshots and cmemc commands with TODO comments for a follow-up pass.
