Release scope

Publish the merged typed poll-capacity handling from #76 as Python SDK 2.3.2. This changes only the Python worker and transport policy. The release keeps Server 2.4.8 as the previously qualified compatibility version in package metadata; it makes no new wire-protocol claim.

Source qualification

• Handle typed poll capacity backpressure without false worker warnings #76 passed Python 3.10, 3.11, and 3.12 tests, isolated Server integration, lint, package build and metadata, regression corpus, docs, and public-boundary checks at merged commit c0754695b10b1e17097622e19cfdd599a5189174.
• Release metadata tests: 8 passed in an isolated Python 3.12 container; git diff --check passed.

Publication and consumer follow-through

After release PR checks pass, merge and tag the exact merge commit as 2.3.2 through the repository publish workflow. Verify PyPI metadata and install the exact wheel. Exercise a worker against the typed 429 from a published Server image and verify one poll attempt, advertised delay, warning behavior, and recovery. Record the artifact tuple and outcome on #75 and this PR. Recheck the Cloud Dev journey in the private Cloud issue before any managed-service delivery claim.

Server, Workflow, PHP SDK, Rust SDK, and CLI need no release for this Python-only handling change. Sample App retains its separately qualified Python SDK tuple until its own published-artifact validation; Cloud's verified runtime tuple is likewise a separate deployment decision.

Release follow-through correction: the 2.3.2 source tag exists, but publication run 36233909806 was canceled before PyPI upload after the Server task_kind mismatch was found. No 2.3.2 PyPI package or GitHub Release exists. The corrected implementation and immutable 2.3.3 release are tracked in #78 and #75.
