The 2.1.0 assets were published, but the final release check still fetched retired /public-artifact-compatibility-evidence.json (404). Use the existing /stable-releases.json authority, validate its stable CLI version, and keep GitHub metadata/complete-asset checks for both the release and current channel. Five focused Node tests pass in Docker. This is release follow-through for durable-workflow/workflow#501.
