…d proxy MCP fallback chain - Dockerfile.runtime: move Caido from 'NOT included' to new 'bundled SDK/MCP integration' section — caido-sdk-client and the MCP server ship in the runtime image; only a running Caido instance is needed externally. - Agent prompt: insert intermediate proxy fallback step. When MCP health fails, route traffic through the proxy address (curl --proxy / proxies=) before falling back to fully unproxied built-in tools. The proxy still captures traffic even when its MCP control plane is down.
