Summary

Fixes the WCF customBinding configuration examples in the load balancing documentation. In WCF custom bindings, keepAliveEnabled is an attribute of the <httpTransport> binding element (HttpTransportBindingElement), not of <binding> itself. Setting keepAliveEnabled directly on <binding> results in a schema validation error (The 'keepAliveEnabled' attribute is not allowed).

Fixes #29834
