Updates the DataArc.EntityFrameworkCore entry to reflect the current v2 package structure.

Changes include:

  • Updates the feature description for the current DataArc.EntityFrameworkCore package.
  • Removes the outdated commercial licensing and evaluation-trial wording.
  • Clarifies that DataArc.EntityFrameworkCore is free to use.
  • Documents the optional DataArc.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer commercial package.
  • Keeps the supported EF Core range at 6-10.

The existing website, repository, NuGet, and documentation links remain unchanged.

Hi, just checking whether this PR could get a review when someone has a moment. It updates the DataArc.EntityFrameworkCore entry to reflect the currently published v2 package structure and licensing model. All automated checks are passing. Thanks.

Shorten the extension description and remove unnecessary line breaks to align with EF Core documentation formatting conventions.
