Adds ishell fix dolthub/ishell#8 to fix DoltgreSQL Integration CI tests for dolt PR dolthub/dolt#11202 to fix dolthub/dolt#10866 consumes an unmerged change to the
dolthub/ishellfork via ago.modreplacedirective. This PR adds the samereplaceto doltgresql'sgo.modso both modules point at the same fork. It is temporary and will be removed once the upstream ishell change merges and dolt drops its ownreplace.
