array_map函数在PHP5.2.17下参数不支持传入类自身以调用类方法，具体存在兼容问题的版本不太清楚，实测PHP5.2.17是不可以的。修改为foreach后解决该问题。修改前，tools登录页会报错，同时验证码不能使用。
根据isMust语义，为空时应返回true，不为空返回false
