Hugo shortcode has incomplete build_path parameter value '//'
The build_path="//" parameter appears to be a placeholder or incomplete value. For a production release, this should be a proper path.
Fix: Replace with the correct build path for version 4.64.0, or verify if this is the intended value. Compare with previous release entries to ensure consistency.
