Summary
Patch release for the HiCache/SGLang client metric visibility fix merged in PR #315. No C++ data-path behavior changed.
Aligns root VERSION and all three connector package versions to 2.15.1.
Verification
Release contract: 3/3 PASS. The release artifact will be taken only from the post-merge main CI run and verified before tagging.
