The 2.14.0 VERSION bump was merged before PR CI completed. Connector manifests and dfkv-common dependency pins remained at 2.13.0, failing the release contract and wheel jobs. Align all connector package metadata with root VERSION.\n\nVerification: release contract 3/3 PASS.
