…idents Drop rules AGENTS.md and running-tend already carry, and replace general advice with an evidence-to-action table, a ledger template, and the commands for combined validation and landing checks. Cite the incidents behind the specific lessons (#1313, #1320, #1283/#1309), name the harness's one-window and real-Tauri limits, and point visual checks at Argos. Windows package-manager and Git canonicalization tests attempted to create directory symlinks, which require Developer Mode or elevated symlink privileges. Use real directory junctions for those fixtures on Windows, matching package-manager layouts and exercising the same realpath boundary. POSIX fixtures retain symlinks; file-link and permission tests are unchanged.
Validation: all seven affected tests failed with EPERM in the unchanged baseline and now pass on Windows. Library TypeScript passes. Both complete test files now have 24 passing tests and seven unchanged failures in file-symlink/POSIX-only fixtures (previously 17 passing and 14 failing). This change adds no skips or mocks.
