This PR fixes comments and one spec sentence that no longer match the code. None of it changes behavior.

• docs/specs/remote-security-model.md, Passkeys → "Presence, or verification": the spec said "A raise outlives a restart even when it could not be saved." That holds only for a Burrow restart within the same process. If the save failed, a relaunch starts from the stored, lower demand until the Relay's next policy frame, as the #withRaisedPolicy doc comment in lib/src/host/remote/service.ts and S181 both state. The sentence now says "a Burrow restart in the same process".
• lib/src/components/wall/workspace-lifecycle.ts: the JSDoc describing the Labs delayed Workspace close sat above helpersHaveWork, not pendWorkspace, so editors showed it on the wrong function. It now sits on pendWorkspace, and helpersHaveWork has a one-line comment of its own.
• website/src/components/DorCommandReference.tsx: the comment said "eleven subcommands", but dor --help now lists 18. The count is dropped.
• lib/.storybook/main.ts: the comment said the pairing walkthrough opens on "the four trust layers". docs/stories/pairing.mdx is headed "Three parties, five layers", so the comment now says five.
• lib/src/host/agent-browser-host.test.ts: a comment line was duplicated verbatim as the first line of the comment below it. The duplicate is removed.

pnpm lint:specs passes locally. No regression test, since only comments and spec text change.
