A flush queued behind an active save reused the first request's options. A post-kill
probeCwd: falseflush could therefore probe again, while a normal save following a no-probe flush could skip its requested probe. Store the latest queued request in place of the pending flag so each coalesced follow-up uses its own options.Validation: both regressions failed before the fix; all 265 Wall, Workspace, session-save, and dirty-tracking tests pass. Library TypeScript, spec and Markdown lints, and diff checks pass.
