verify fails because pgstencil@0.4.0 dropped testcontainers and node-pg-migrate from its dependencies. Both are now optional peers, loaded through importPeer. The lockfile removed testcontainers altogether, so every test that calls createTestContext from pgstencil/testing (relay, workers, relay-room, runtime-roles) throws pgstencil/database needs the optional peer dependency "testcontainers". node-pg-migrate still resolves, but only because pnpm picked up a copy left over in the lockfile. Nothing declares it, yet hosted/server/db.ts (migrate) and the test templates need it.
I'm pushing a fix that adds both to hosted's devDependencies (testcontainers ^12.2.1, the version pgstencil's peer range asks for; node-pg-migrate ^9.0.0). Hosted doesn't import pgstencil/snapshots, so cheerio and turndown stay undeclared.

artifacts.test.ts pins docs/specs/hosted.md's rule that Hosted declares every peer of the installed pgstencil packages in its dependencies, so the optional peers cheerio and turndown are declared too. Regenerates the dependency disclosure for the bump.
pgstencil 0.4.0 makes testcontainers and node-pg-migrate optional peers. Hosted's tests, dev server, and migrate step load them, so hosted/ declares them as devDependencies. The peer rule now asks only required peers into dependencies, and keeps every optional one out. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
