This will allow using UAM as a library (I'll add support for it in a future PR).

Marked as a draft because I think it would be better to add a GetDkshSize method so that the user can allocate a buffer of that exact size and then pass it to OutputDkshToMemory.

Any update on this? I just started a project that kinda needs this.
In the meantime, would you recommend using your fork with the switch-32 branch?

Since vita2hos isn’t the only project that requires this functionality (using uam as a library running on the switch itself), I believe it would be beneficial to merge @averne's fork from https://github.com/averne/libuam. @fincs, what are your thoughts?
This is my branch, which also adds quick and dirty support to compile on 32b systems: https://github.com/xerpi/uam/commits/switch-32-new/, but I think @averne's fork is cleaner.
